The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

§ 1 Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts between Chana's Asian Shop and customers concluded through the online shop.

§ 2 Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card, instant bank transfer, giropay, or SEPA direct debit.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is made either by store pickup, local delivery within 10 km of Bonn, or shipping within Germany. Frozen products can only be picked up or delivered locally.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of foodstuffs which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

§ 6 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 7 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
