Ordering
How can I order?
Select your products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. There you can choose your delivery option and complete your order.
How can I change my order?
Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, we can no longer make changes.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed yet. Call us or send us an email.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery in Bonn: 2-4 hours. Nationwide shipping: 2-3 business days. Store pickup: Available immediately.
Do you deliver outside Bonn?
Yes, we ship nationwide. However, frozen and fresh products can only be delivered within 10 km of Bonn.
How much is shipping?
Pickup: Free. Local delivery: €5. Nationwide shipping: from €3.99 (free from €50).
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Sofortüberweisung, giropay, and SEPA direct debit (shipping only).
Is payment secure?
Yes, we use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment data is encrypted and not stored on our servers.

Where do your products come from?
Our products come directly from various Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Do you have organic products?
Yes, we carry a selection of organic products. These are labeled accordingly.

All products are labeled with allergen information according to LMIV. You can find this on the product page.
