Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
This particularly affects:

- Frozen products
- Ready meals
- Fresh pasta
Quality Issues
For damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us within 48 hours. In these cases, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement delivery or refund).
